4. Delivery to Your Address

Upon delivery, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your package. This helps ensure that your order arrives safely and in the right hands. In the event you are not available at the time of delivery, our couriers will follow these procedures:

  • They may leave your package in a secure location on your property.
  • Alternatively, they might return the package to the local depot.

In either case, a card with their contact details will be left in your mailbox or at your front door. You can use this information to arrange collection directly with the courier or schedule a more convenient delivery time.

5. Delivery Delays
